We will take you on an ultimate off-road adventure through the deep forests of Northern Thailand. This journey offers breathtaking landscapes unlike any route you have ever ridden before. Most of your ride will navigate through lush tropical rainforests and towering pine forests set high in the mountains, surrounded by giant trees, pristine streams, and natural rivers. THE INT. GS TROPHY 2016 ROUTE

When the International GS Trophy was held in Asia for the very first time, BMW MOTORRAD proudly chose Thailand as its host country. This region boasts incredibly challenging terrain designed to test your riding skills, hidden deep within dense jungles and towering mountain ranges. Yet, despite its wild nature, the area is perfectly supported by modern facilities.

THE RIDE

You should plan your trip to Chiang Mai, which serves as both the starting and ending point of the tour. Prepare your riding gear for an adventure that will challenge your limits and skills on your GS. You'll navigate through hot and humid conditions, crossing high mountain peaks and countless streams in

THE MARSHAL

Your off-road ride will be led by instructors and marshals experienced in off-road routes, both in training and working with The Int. GS Trophy from 2008 to 2024. They uphold the standards of BMW MOTORRAD OFF-ROAD INSTRUCTORS and the BMW MOTORRAD ON-ROAD TOUR GUIDE.

TOMM WOLF : MR.GS

Tomm is the founder of The Int. GS Trophy event format and is known as Mr. GS, due to his expertise and long-standing experience with the GS, from the first model in 1980 to the present day. He always has a smile on his face whenever he rides a GS.

PATIMA KONGPETCH

A Thai instructor and tour guide who founded Enduro Park Thailand, Patima has 20 years of experience with all GS models, and has worked as a marshal in The Int. GS Trophy from 2016 to 2024.
